MISSION
Indiana Food as Medicine (INFAM) walks alongside families as educators, neighbors, and community members—sharing practical tools and encouragement to make food-as-medicine and low-tox living accessible and sustainable. We believe meaningful change doesn’t require perfection, but small, consistent steps taken with intention to build healthier homes and stronger communities.
VISION
A grassroots culture across Indiana where families return to the basics—real food, low-tox living, and steady daily rhythms that reconnect us to nature and strengthen our mental and physical health. A culture where wellness feels within reach and is shaped by intentional choices, not perfection.
